# Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information

GoodLeads provides verified business-contact information to its customers for sales, marketing, and business-development use. Under the **California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA/CPRA)** and similar state laws, that may be considered a **"sale"** of personal information — and you have the right to opt out, free of charge, at any time.

## What happens when you opt out

When we receive and verify your request, we **remove your profile from our Services** and stop making your information available to our customers. We retain only the minimum information needed — typically the email or phone number you provide — solely to keep you suppressed going forward.

**Important limits:**

*   When we suppress a record, we notify customers by email and, where used, through the GoodLeads CRM connector, including after an Order ends. Customers must stop using and delete the affected GoodLeads Data within ten business days, review notices at least monthly, and keep suppression sync enabled while retaining GoodLeads Data.
*   Suppression applies to GoodLeads Data, not matching information a customer independently possessed or obtained from you or another source not derived from GoodLeads Data. Customers must still honor opt-out and do-not-contact requests they receive.
*   Opting out does **not** remove your information from the underlying public records (e.g. Secretary-of-State filings) or from other data providers. Contact them directly for that.
